Refunds & Exchanges:
- Glory and Ore Designs does not currently offer refunds. We do, however, accept returns for Store Credit OR we can do exchanges if the item you want is available.
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and a Store Credit.
- Store Credit never expires. You can use it by entering it in the discount box at checkout.
- Please note that the Store Credit is for a 1 time use only and must be used in it's entirety.
- Store Credit may be used toward the purchase of in-stock items only. We will consider using it toward custom order requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss this option. (EX: You are looking for a custom length that is not listed on the website).
- We can not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@gloryandoredesigns.com. BE SURE TO CONTACT US TO START THE RETURN PROCESS! This ensures that your items is eligible for return. We will respond within 24-48 hours on weekdays.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When your return is received by us, we will inspect the return and in 3-5 business days we will issue you a store credit for the purchase price of the item accepted for return OR accommodate an exchange, if that is your preference.

How will I receive my Store Credit?
Expect an emailed Store Credit within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your return at our fulfillment center. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.
What if I paid with ShopPay?
ShopPay purchases are subject to Glory & Ore Design's standard Return Policy of Store Credit Only for items returned within 14 days of fulfillment.
Suppose you've returned your order - partial or full - and you haven't paid off all of your ShopPay installments. In that case, you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the total purchase amount, and you will receive a Store Credit for the total amount of the item(s) being returned.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We believe in delivering quality products and ensuring happy customers!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders (such as special orders or personalized items)and certain other types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
