Returns & Refunds: 

At Glory & Ore Designs, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase and absolutely love what you receive! If you are not satisfied for any reason, we gladly accept returns for a full refund of the product. 

      14-Day Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

     Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unused, with tags
  • In original packaging
  • Order number required

     How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@gloryandoredesigns.com. BE SURE TO CONTACT US TO START THE RETURN PROCESS to ensure eligibility.

  • We respond within 24-48 hours on weekdays.
  • Item sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

     Refund Processing

Once your item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective

     Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You receive the wrong item

     Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift Cards
  • Final Sale items

     ShopPay Purchases

ShopPay purchases follow the same 14-day return policy.

If you return an item purchased with ShopPay:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method per ShopPay terms
  • Installment obligations remain in place until paid in full
